Now in their second season, Aquaviva Catering is the fresh new face on the down south catering scene. For the South West Craft Beer Festival they are teaming up with Bush Shack Brewery to create delicious matches!
Headed by Mik Silvestri, a passionate chef and food lover, Aquaviva always embrace best practices and are looking to constantly improve.
Their South West Craft Beer Festival menu will have a distinct Bush Shack Brewery taste, with Bush Shack Nachos, a Dirty Dan Stout Dog, Chilli Beer Battered Fish and Chips and Beer Battered chips along with classics including Buffalo Wings and Potato Wedges.
